NEPA Recruitment 2022: NEPA is hiring to fill the vacant posts of Assistant Director and Deputy Assistant Director in North Eastern Police Academy, Government of India, PO Umsaw, Ri- Bhoi District, Meghalaya on a Deputation basis. There are 02 Vacancies for the post. The age limit to apply for both posts is 56 years. The last date to apply for the Vacancy is 05.08.2022.

Post-Wise Eligibility for NEPA Recruitment 2022

Assistant Director

  • Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory administrations or recognized research institutions or Universities or public sector undertakings;
  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
  • With two years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the posts in Level 8 of the Pay Matrix Level-8 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or
  • With three years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the posts in Level 7 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Deputy Director

  • Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory administrations or recognized research institutions or Universities or public sector undertakings;
  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
  • Candidate with five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pre-revised pay band-2, Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4200, revised pay matrix level-6 in the parent cadre or department: Or
  • Candidate having three years of experience in teaching outdoor subjects such as physical training, firing, horse, etc., and organize or organize training schedules or programs, etc.
  • Candidate must have undergone in-service course(s) individually or collectively for six months in one or more training programs in a recognized training institute namely, physical training drill, weapons, and tactics, map reading, counter-insurgency, and jungle welfare, commando course, platoon weapons course, etc.
