Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) Ltd., a Joint venture company of Govt. of India and Govt. of Uttar Pradesh is executing the Noida- Greater Noida Metro Corridor. Applications from experienced, active, and motivated officers of Indian nationality with appropriate work experience are being invited on a deputation/immediate absorption/direct recruitment basis to fill NMRC’s urgent need for experienced employees in several departments.

Qualification

Chartered Accountant from ICAI OR Cost & Management Accountant from ICMAI.

Experience

The candidate should be knowledgeable about and have practical experience in areas such as Direct & Indirect Taxation, Financial Statement Finalization, Budgeting, Handling Statutory/Internal/CAG Audit, Financial Evaluation of Tender Proposals, Financial Vetting of Tender Contracts, Company Law & Regulatory Compliances , Corporate Governance, and other finance-related matters.

Candidates with expertise working on infrastructure projects such as airports, trains, and metros will be given preference.

Age Limit for Joint General Manager (HR)

The maximum age limit to apply for this post is 50 years.

Age Limit for Deputy General Manager (HR)

The maximum age limit to apply for this post is 45 years.

Pay Scale for Joint General Manager (HR)

Rs. 90000 to Rs. 240,000

Pay Scale for Deputy General Manager (HR)

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline AND

MBA (HR) OR Equivalent post-graduate degree in management with specialization in HR/Labour Laws from Govt. a recognized University/Institute

Preference shall be given to candidates having Bachelors in Law (LL.B.) from Govt. Recognized University in
addition to the essential qualification.

Experience

The candidate should be knowledgeable about and have practical experience in the following areas: HR Management & Planning, Recruitment & Reservation Roster Management, Leave Administration, Performance Management, Employee Benefit Policies & Procedures, Training of Manpower, Grievance Management, RTI, Legal Cases Relating to Employment/Service Matters, Other Discipline and Labor Related Matters.

Candidates with expertise working on infrastructure projects such as airports, trains, and metros will be given preference.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit to apply for this post is 55 years.

Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280,000

Selection Procedure for NMRC Recruitment 2022

  • Suitable candidates will be shortlisted, based on their eligibility/ experience in the relevant field and may be called for a personal interview. Different aspects of knowledge, skill, experience, aptitude and physical ability would be evaluated throughout the selection process.
  • If there are many applicants, an appropriate procedure, such as a written test, may be used.
  • Depending on the number of applicants, NMRC may conduct the selection procedure offline or online.
  • Remote applicants must make their own travel and lodging arrangements if they are called in for a physical interview. NMRC will not provide any travel or lodging accommodations unless specifically agreed upon.
  • A candidate will not automatically be invited for an interview if they only comply with the application requirements for the position. Instead, the management may, if it is deemed essential, prescribe a suitable technique, such as a written exam, raise the eligibility requirements or loosen them in order to limit/allow the number of candidates to be summoned for an interview.
